Sleeping up to 4-6 guests , this cosy home from home provides the perfect base for your next adventure to the North Yorkshire Seaside.
We also welcome well behaved pets.
The space
The property is situated on the top floor / 2nd floor and is one of just three properties in the building. Unfortunately, the property does not come equipped with a lift, so access is via stairs only.
The property is tastefully modern, boasting a newly fitted kitchen.
The property consists of two bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom hosts two singles and the living room has a double sofa bed.
Please note that even though we do welcome well behaved pets in our home - we do not have a garden or private outside space.
Guest access
You will have full access to the property.
The property is on the 2nd floor so you will need to make your way up two flights of stairs to access the property.
The property consists of an open plan living room and kitchen, bathroom which includes a toilet, basin and a shower over bath as well as two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds).
Please note the you do not have access to a garden.
Other things to note
Parking is on-street and comes as part of your stay; you will need to use the guest parking permit provided. It is important that you do not take this home with you as we only have one scratch card / guest parking permit. As parking is on-street, we can’t always guarantee you will be able to park directly outside the property but there are ample spaces available.
