We also manage the planned maintenance that are highlighted during the property change overs and when our property manager does their routine quality control checks on your property. This can be repainting, carpet cleaning, gutter cleaning etc.
Before we onboard your property we will carry out a property compliance check, we will advise on any required certifications and assessments that may need to be carried out by a certified provided / governing bodies. This is part of our standard onboarding service.
